January 22nd 2010, as part of our expansion, we moved into our new state of the art facility on Sheila Drive. This change enables us to better accommodate our members’ needs and provide a more varied schedule of classes in the different weapons for all ages: youth through adults, and all levels: beginner to competitive.

In 2004 at the Olympics in Athens the USA won its first fencing Gold Medal in the Women’s Saber Event. As a result of this success and subsequent exposure to the sport, the membership and participation in fencing has been one of the contributing factors to it becoming the fastest growing sport in the United States.

Our club has seen the increase in interest, not only with juniors  but also among adults and with this diversity of membership comes a wide range of  goals. Whether these goals are fitness related or competitive, our coaches at the Atlantic Fencing Academy have the experience to help our students realize their objectives.  

The small group lessons that we offer provide excellent instruction from the basic through advance skills and compliment our fencers’ specifically tailored private lessons in assisting them to achieve their goals at an accelerated rate.
